The reception staff were friendly. They gave me all the information I needed for my stay. My room faced a main road (I didn't even notice this). The double glazing was very effective at blocking sound.
I was on the third floor. Breakfast had empty trays and no refills at times. I had to ask for a glass and a plate.

The room's thin walls were a HUGE problem. I heard every noise from the hallway and other rooms. This made it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep. The room was also missing water.
