big room bus service helpful staff
The family room felt big. I reached the city center easily due to regular bus service. I found the staff helpful and friendly during check in. There is a restaurant and a gym at the hotel.

friendly staff effective glazing helpful information faulty lift empty tray breakfast refill
The reception staff were friendly. They gave me all the information I needed for my stay. My room faced a main road (I didn't even notice this). The double glazing was very effective at blocking sound.
The lift was out of order . I was on the third floor. Breakfast had empty trays and no refills at times. I had to ask for a glass and a plate.

The breakfast buffet had many options, which I found acceptable.
The room's thin walls were a HUGE problem. I heard every noise from the hallway and other rooms. This made it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep. The room was also missing water.
